I would like to welcome everyone to my web site and especially to my new blog, Guidance from a Higher Plane.

Every week I’ll be channeling guidance and information for all of us to access and use in our daily lives. The subjects will vary and may be simple to complex in nature. My guides will determine what is important for that particular blog and I will transfer the information in the hope of helping others who may need some assistance at that time.

These messages will be for all of us and everyone will be able to find some insight that they might be able to learn from in each one of them.

The day after Valentine’s Day

Today is the day after Valentine’s Day, have we forgot to love already? It seems that we all have at some time had short attention spans. Whether it’s around the holidays when everyone is busy thinking about their loved ones or perhaps a birthday or anniversary, we sometimes forget all too soon about caring for one another.

I always like to say Christmas comes in July. Because that is when no one is thinking about the holidays and you should be treating everyone like it is the holiday. It’s easy in December, but try it in March or July. It takes effort and awareness to accomplish it then.

So let’s try to treat each other the way we treat our loved ones on Valentine’s Day, year round!

Help One and Help All!

Tonight’s topic is Helping Others

When you think of helping others many think of helping them walk up the stairs or bringing them flowers when they are sick. However we wish to remind you that to really help others you must release your fear of interacting with them. By this we mean that you must learn to let go of your fear of stepping out of your boundaries.

 People who help the most give it all from the heart. They don’t worry how it will effect others thoughts or actions. They just do it. Remember that helping someone in need is a positive event that will ripple through time and space to resonate against the whole. The whole of humanity.

You thought only you and the other person would be affected? No, not at all, you generous actions have started a ripple effect that can change the energy around others that might not be inclined to help someone else. So by helping someone you have the power to help many others by moving them  to action in contacting and helping someone else.

Help one and help all!

Well as we begin a New Year let us all remember that our departed love ones are always with us.

They may not be here in the physical but their here with us spiritually. They can and will interact with us if we give them permission.  Just invite them in. They haven’t forgotten us and their love will be around until the day we meet them again on the other side.

Don’t forget to say “Hi” to all your loved ones this weekend. It’s not about you, it’s about them. Show your love by acknowledging them in your thoughts and prayers.

Take time to think of others instead of yourself, it will boomerang and increase the positive energy around you and help you move more easily through your day.

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Please take time to contemplate about everything that you are thankful about. You might think of the negative things that have happen in the past year but it is so much more important to look at and appreciate the things that you might have taken for granted.

 Sometimes the littlest things are the greatest ….think about it, and when you do “get it” you’ll know by the slight grin that will begin to appear across your face.

Take care of yourselves and remember to show compassion to all whose paths you cross.

Achieving the Balance You Need

We wish to welcome everyone who is reading this; it’s a blessing to able to come through to you today. Many of you are out of touch with yourselves in a spiritual way and we wish to help you achieve the balance you need to be able to perform to the best of your abilities.

 So we wish that you would take a few moments to study this information and you will see that something on this list will help each and every one of you.

Start by listing to yourself, by this we mean your inner self. That core feeling you get when you have to make a decision and you get that “feeling”. That’s your inner self weighing your possibilities.

 We also want you to focus on your ability to bring joy to others. This will echo out from you to others and again back to you. It can be by any means you wish, such as laughter, sitting with someone and just talking, releaving loneliness…a quick smile, etc.

 Remember to love your self too! It all starts from you. Brighten your own day by lifting the burdens that surround you for a brief moment and feel the joy of not having that pressure, even if only a moment. In time you will be able to increase the time you can do this and increase you level of joy and happiness.

 Try these few little things out and see how you feel; we’ll be back with other ideas for you soon.

Don’t forget to say “I love you to your loved ones today!

Today we would like to talk to you about honoring your loved ones

Today we would like to talk to you about honoring your loved ones who have sacrificed their energy to help others in their growth. There are spirits who have observed the growth of theses individuals and have also grown by associating with their actions. By this we mean we can grow on this side by watching and interacting in your progress on the earth plane.

 We ask others, on your plane, to accept and praise the ones who have given their time, strength and energy in order to help others through difficult times.

This can be on a national level or a personal level. People need to recognize the efforts of others around them that have helped influence growth and opportunities for others.

People should be thankful for the help they receive on a daily basis from others who have gone out of their way to help.

 So, it’s time to thank that one person in your life that has gone out of their way in order to help you. We look forward to witnessing all the “thank you’s” that will be manifested this weekend.

“How psychic caused big hoax” read the headline on MSN. The link went to an article on MSNBC explaining the possible existence of bodies on a property in Texas. The so call psychic had information about the inside of the house and that police would find a whole bunch of bodies. Well nothing was found but they said they had to follow up on all leads even from this woman.

 There are people out there, for what ever reason, who want to get involved in the spot light and might not have the best intentions or abilities in this case.

 However, as the saying goes, “don’t through out the baby with the bath water”. And the writer of this story, Benjamin Radford, a columnist from Live Science’s Bad Science, has done just that!

 He takes the story and adds his own personal negative view about law enforcement using psychics in investigations. He relates how no police department ever uses psychics. That’s a bold statement to throw such a large blanket over the entire country and every unsolved case.

 The fact is Mr. Benjamin Radford is deputy editor of Skeptical Inquirer science magazine. And I would use their term “science magazine” with a wink and smile.

 Basically, Mr. Benjamin Radford is paid to say that psychics don’t help solve crimes!

 How about some balanced, non biased coverage MSNBC?

 Its stories like this one that keeps people ignorant of what is actually possible and what has actually been done to help others solve a crime.
