Today we would like to talk to you about friendship.

Friendship is something that many people take for granted and sometimes forget that it works both ways. By this we mean that there is a responsibility to the other person or perhaps a group of friends. You can’t have a one sided friendship. It’s give and take energy.

We have witnessed many times how one will give of themselves while the other will only take and offer nothing in return. This is not true friendship but a relationship built on the using of another.

True friendship is when two people believe in one another and want to promote them to a higher existence. There has to be an emotional influence to help that friend in good times as well as bad.

We realize that there are many variables to a “friendship” but it all comes down to listening to your fiend and hearing what they really mean. Do they want advice? Perhaps they just need someone to vent to, or maybe they are looking to help you! Just remember that true friendships will always have ups and downs as the two of you will interact on one’s behalf out of concern and and altruistic reasons. So let yourself be open to true friendship and work hard to build on it and make it grow.

Treat your friend like there the best person in the world and expect the same in return, warts and all!

When we see headlines like this it sends an emotional burst through our being,not because it’s someone we know but because it’s a shock to see an athlete pass on in this manner.

We all think that the famous and talented are above all the possible bad things that happen to everyone else, but their human too. They have families and loved ones who will miss them.

Take time to appreciate the loved ones in your life, as one never knows what tomorrow will bring. We will keep Junior Seau, and his loved ones, in our thoughts and prayers today as well as all of our loved ones, here and in the hereafter.

This happens once in a while, as a spirit will come through very clear and I will write down the details in hopes of running into a relative or friend at some other time to pass a message along.

The girl came in very clear at first and as the information came through, slowly got tired and the guide stepped in to close our conversation.  The little girl did a great job.

Here is some of the information she told me;

• Here name was Amy
• She was 12 years old when she passed
• She was running when a car hit her
• She said she lived in Chicago, Illinois
• She liked to read
• She liked “Bright things”
• She passed in 1998 or 1999 ( I could not make it out exactly as the connection grew weaker)
• She talked about her mommy and some of the information is personal, so I will keep it in my notes in hopes of finding the parent.
• She did say she was “ok” and “I’m happy” and “I’m learning whole new things”

I want to thank Amy and her Guides for coming through and sharing this information with all of us.

I always like to say Christmas comes in July. Because that is when no one is thinking about the holidays and you should be treating everyone like it is the holiday. It’s easy in December, but try it in March or July. It takes effort and awareness to accomplish it then.

So let’s try to treat each other the way we treat our loved ones on Valentine’s Day, year round!

When you think of helping others many think of helping them walk up the stairs or bringing them flowers when they are sick. However we wish to remind you that to really help others you must release your fear of interacting with them. By this we mean that you must learn to let go of your fear of stepping out of your boundaries.

 People who help the most give it all from the heart. They don’t worry how it will effect others thoughts or actions. They just do it. Remember that helping someone in need is a positive event that will ripple through time and space to resonate against the whole. The whole of humanity.

You thought only you and the other person would be affected? No, not at all, you generous actions have started a ripple effect that can change the energy around others that might not be inclined to help someone else. So by helping someone you have the power to help many others by moving them  to action in contacting and helping someone else.

Help one and help all!

 Sometimes the littlest things are the greatest ….think about it, and when you do “get it” you’ll know by the slight grin that will begin to appear across your face.

Take care of yourselves and remember to show compassion to all whose paths you cross.

 So we wish that you would take a few moments to study this information and you will see that something on this list will help each and every one of you.

Start by listing to yourself, by this we mean your inner self. That core feeling you get when you have to make a decision and you get that “feeling”. That’s your inner self weighing your possibilities.

 We also want you to focus on your ability to bring joy to others. This will echo out from you to others and again back to you. It can be by any means you wish, such as laughter, sitting with someone and just talking, releaving loneliness…a quick smile, etc.

 Remember to love your self too! It all starts from you. Brighten your own day by lifting the burdens that surround you for a brief moment and feel the joy of not having that pressure, even if only a moment. In time you will be able to increase the time you can do this and increase you level of joy and happiness.

 Try these few little things out and see how you feel; we’ll be back with other ideas for you soon.
